Ken is well known in the Dublin Adults with type 1 Diabetes group and also in the DIYAPS Do-it-yourself Artificial Pancreas Systems space where he offers endless support to people who want to learn more about it.

She is currently studying studying Business Information Systems in University College Cork and is now aged 21 and we covered a lot of the process of going through the Junior and Leaving cert with type 1 diabetes and also the process of applying for college.

Interview with Janie Lazar from Dublin was misdiagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2016 and correctly diagnosed with Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults LADA / Type 1.5 in 2018. Janie's story is about more than diabetes, she has twice survived cancer: once with diabetes. She is also the founder of End of Life Ireland, runs her own coaching business helping people with public speaking and Lead Organiser for TEDxDunlaoghaire.
