Diabetes Ireland Libre Survey

Diabetes Ireland have created a survey to gather as much information as possible from people who use the Flash Glucose Monitor: the Freestyle Libre.

This questionnaire is part of their advocacy efforts to have Flash Glucose Monitoring available for everyone with diabetes in Ireland.
