Replacing Faulty CGM Sensors
How to get support and replacement sensors
This page was created October 2026
Sometimes CGM sensors stop working earlier than expected. It does not happen often, but it can happen. If your sensor fails early, DON’T PANIC; replacements are available directly from the manufacturer (HSE MMP Poster for Preferred CGM Sensors, August 2026) and not from your Chemist.
