This Type 1 Diabetes conference will focus on the psychological impact of living with a chronic, lifelong condition. We aim to provide “Inspiration, Motivation and Information” to all people living with type 1 diabetes (adults, parents & children).

Children aged 9 - 12 years
Children aged 5 - 8 years
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any children younger than age 5 years.
All programmes are run separately.
The Schedule
We have just begun to delve into creating the programmes for the specific groups and will finalise and publish it on our website in early March 2019.
How much will it cost?
A conference like Thriveabetes costs a significant amount of money and we are very proud to say we have found a sustainable funding model that allows us to continue to organise conferences. However it does mean that we charge delegates €40 each which does cover a hot lunch and your refreshments for the day.
The remainder of the cost of Thriveabetes is subsidised by our exhibition, ads in our conference booklet and by time/services provided for free by our team of dedicated volunteers.
